Two problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 2019 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tl- the contact owns a 2019 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving 70 mph, a deer crashed into the vehicle, the contact stated with the impact the air bag failed to deploy. The contact stated smell and saw smoke and coasted to the side of the roa, he noticed dark smoke, ashes and fire coming from behind the driver's front seat on the floorboard at the base center post between the two doors. The contact try to extinguished the fire and was injured with burned to the left hand that required medical attention. The fire department finished extinguishing the fire. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard and was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for a diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 350. Aw.
While driving through the rocky mountains on I-70 at 60 mph, a 1000 pound boulder fell off the mountain and hit my truck at high speed on the driver's front wheel. The air bags did not deploy.
