The contact stated that while driving approximately 45 mph and after driving over a bump in the road, the vehicle experienced a "death wobble" causing the driver to lose control of the steering and crash into a garbage truck. During the crash, the front end of the vehicle was severely damaged but the air bag did not deploy. The driver sustained a head injury and later received medical treatment which revealed multiple strokes had occurred during the crash.
