Tl the contact owns a 2001 Ford F-350 super duty. While reversing the vehicle, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The contact inspected the vehicle and found that the fuel tank strap was fractured. O'brien Ford (located at 720 mt eden rd, shelbyville, ky 40065) and the manufacturer were notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 44,000. The VIN was not available.
