The contact owns a 2004 Ford f350. In January of 2008, while driving 40 mph, the vehicle stalled. The contact parked the vehicle and attempted to restart it, but was unsuccessful. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and they stated that the liner in the fuel tank delaminated, causing plastic pieces to flow through the fuel line, pump, and injector. The vehicle was repaired.
