The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the cold side charge tube, power stroke oil filter, and outlet tube assembly needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was advised to call the NHTSA hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 36,000.
