Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problems of the 2016 Ford F-350

Had truck taken in several times regarding loss of anti freeze told them every time I thought it was the inter oiler. They replaced other things said they had to do as manufacturers said. After several attempts with no luck. It finally ran out of warranty. They then replaced a egr cooler and said that was it charged me for it three days later the connecting rod went through the side of the motor and broke the crank in several places as they said it was out of warranty and tried to say I wouldn't leave it with them long enough they would not stand behind any of it including charging me for an egr cooler that had nothing wrong with it. Told me they had no idea what happened to it never seen anything like that before. They had the head pulled and what I say was very evident that antifreeze had flood a cylinder and locked it up. Can't believe I am the only one this has happened to. I do have photos and parts if needed. Was in motion date motor blew up is approximately can get exact if needed.
