While traveling and depressing clutch, pedal would not depress. Consumer stopped vehicle by depressing brake pedal. Clutch plate breaks in same spot every time it breaks, this has happened four times, consumer has been told the motor is too strong for transmission which is causing clutch to tear up. Air conditioner failed, transmission missing one belt and was almost out. Exhaust loose. Wire harness dangling under vehicle, electrical repairs complete, however consumer did not specify what kind of repairs. 3 tires failed, 2 experienced tread separation, one tire general replaced, no size or dot number. Recall 01v046 regarding valve stems, consumer paid for replacement of valve stems, due to they had rotted.

Vehicle experienced problem with clutch pedal located to close to the floor which caused vehicle to move, even when clutch pedal was fully pressed to the floor. Asking NHTSA to look into this matter.
Vehicle would not go into gear and sometimes would pop out of gear. Clutch disc broke where springs fell out. Took vehicle to dealer, and dealer indicated nothing was wrong with vehicle.
