6 speed manual transmission replaced under waranty at 29,600 miles the first time. Failed, and would cost more to rebuild so it was replaced again at 88,260 miles at my exspense totalling $3,632. 00. Ford would not make any after warranty assitance. Have heard this transmission is weak. Can u help me to get Ford to reimberce for the cost of this second transmission??.

While driving vehicle, and upon impact of hitting a pole, the airbags did not deploy. . Consumer stated when the bumper anf grille was removed there was no air bag sensor, the vehicle hit pole and went air borne and landed on a 3ft rock upon hitting a tree, consumer stated the transmission and engine had previously been replaced.

Clutch came apart. Consumer was not able to push clutch into change gears, took to dealer, and they replaced clutch / flywheel and transmission.
This is the second time that clutch went; 350/450, and 550 clutches were defective while driving down a hill, needed to downshift, and gear got locked. Could not downshift at all. Consumer had to put on brakes and kill the engine, also, a/c went out 4 times. The clutch came apart and the pieces fell into clutch plate destroying front shaft of the transmission.
Owner having problems with the rear end, oil leaks, and transmissions on three of vehicles of this make.
