The contact owns a 2007 Ford f550. For several months the drivers side rear tire slowly developed a blister on the sidewall. The tire blew out while driving 65 mph on the highway. The weather was not a factor. The failure mileage was 6000 when the blister appeared, and at 7,000 when the tire blowout occurred.
