The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed as a failure with the clutch assembly which needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 103,000.
The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated that while at a complete stop, the vehicle would shudder upon depression of the accelerator pedal without warning.
