Driver side rear passenger door opened while driving today. It can't close shut and can't lock. Had to secure moving straps to both rear seat armrests to keep door from opening. After the seat belt recall, transmission seal recall and this, what next? I commute over 100 miles daily I don't feel safe.

The rear seat head restraints in the 2011 Ford Fiesta create sizable blind spots when the driver looks out the back window. I must take the head restraints out and store them in the hatch in order to have an obstructed view, and I must reinstall them when I have a passenger in the rear seat. Since Ford has fixed this problem in later model Fiestas by installing folding head restraints, I urge Ford to recall the 2011 Fiestas in order to do the same.
Rear seat backs will not lock in the upright position. Therefore any heavy object in the trunk will become a projectile forcing the back seat down and the projectile into the back or head of a front seat driver or passenger in a sudden stop or front end collision.
Rear seat head rest causes severe blind spot.
