Other Fuel System Tank Assembly Problems of Ford Fiesta

Originally, since purchase, every time I filled up the vehicle it will suddenly jolt or jerk and the rpms would drop to the half mark then it would rumble while not in motion. Recently, the vehicle has been experiencing the above issues when the tank is near empty. I have not noticed it at any other time as of yet but I am assuming that it will get worse. Ford dealership has told me in the past that they will not attempt to diagnose the issue unless the issue is present during there check in process.

Tl- the contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated that she would start out with a half a tank a fuel and a few miles down the road, the fuel gauge read full. The contact stated that the check engine warning light illuminated. Purge valve caused fuel tank to be sucked in 3/4 of an inch. While driving I have surging and when stopped the idle is erratic and bounces between 1000 to 2000 rpm. Causes code p0300 to come and go and also p0497 to come and go. Extremely hard for dealerships to find the problem. I have video and picture proof of issue.

My car stalls right after I fill up my gas tank with gas. This has happened to me when I am leaving the gas station, once when I was driving through an intersection and many times when I am pulling into traffic to leave the gas station parking lot (almost at a complete stop). My own mechanic tested the problem and said it was my purge valve which I learned was recalled for some Fiestas but my Fiesta VIN is not included despite having the exact same problem that was recalled. I took my car to a Ford dealer and he said they would not fix the problem unless I paid for a repair.

My 2015 Ford Fiesta stalls out every time after I get gas. It takes a couple of tries to get it started up again. Once I do get it started it does drive jerky while stationary and in motion, and seems like it is going to stall out.
