Fuel purge valve leaking. Ford part number d2b19c987ab for whole assembly or b33tb bosch for specific valve. Ford denies this is related to emissions therefor not covered under the extended warranty for emissions parts. Everybody is calling it an emissions device that controls fumes from gas tank. Many other owners have same problem, it's very common. Code p1450 and p0456. Causes car to not turn on after filling up gas tank. For some it has stalled the car while driving and unable to start car. This part should be replaced under warranty. 2017 Fiesta, 50k miles. Easy way to test is pull the tube from between the engine and firewall and if vacuum is present it's leaking. Does not require tools to disconnect. There is a green tab on the tube that you use fingers to push. Again no tools required and takes 10 seconds to do. Purge valve is suppose to be shut off by default. If air is moving through, you have a leaking valve. If you remove the whole assembly and blow on the end, it needs to not come out from other end.

After filling up my tank, I left the gas station and immediately approached a red light. When I came to a stop, my engine rpm dipped and my vehicle stalled out. I have noticed rpm dipping that occurs when I stop at a red light, usually after I add fuel. Other than this stall event reported, I have not experienced another, but the rpm dips do occur often, again, after adding gas or filling my tank. The dipping persists usually for at least 30 minutes after adding fuel. Luckily I was able to restart my car right away with no trouble. Rpm dipping was observed at each stop on my way home. Intensity of the dip varied.

The car shudders and feels like it os going to stall out. The car revs high when you press the gass but has no power. I've taken it twice to dealership and they say they have to fix the throttle body first before they can tell me if it's my transmission. Also when I'm filling up my tank it stops every few seconds and will not allow gas to go in the tank. They also said it's my filler neck.

Ever since I got the car, when I put fuel in it, and turn it on, it'll stall if I'm stopped or at a stop sign or light. It'll do it for the whole day after I put gas in it. It does not matter if prior to filling it is empty, half tank or full tank. If I sit at a light long enough after filling, it turns off.
After filling my gas tank cars stalls unexpectedly. Only happens when gas tank is filled to full, but stalls every single time regardless of where gas is purchased or time of day, etc.
After filling the fuel tank, the engine has a tendency to stumble and stall when idling (such as when the clutch pedal is depressed). On one occasion, several minutes after filling the tank, I entered the roadway in stop-and-go traffic. The engine stalled while I was in the roadway moving at low speed.
