My wife was driving down the interstate yesterday, when the rear passenger door window shattered into pieces for apparently no reason. Thankfully no one was injured. The contact owns a 2011 Ford Flex. The contact stated that she was unable to adjust the driver's side-view mirrors. The contact stated that the plastic case surrounding the side view mirrors were melting due to the sun. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who did not determine a cause for the failure.
