The contact owns a 2010 Ford Flex. The contact stated that the driver side sun visor would swing back and fourth when extended. The sun visor would block the driver's view of the roadway and would have to be held in place. The dealer and the manufacturer were contacted and advised that the vehicle was not under recall, and provided no further assistance. The failure mileage was 500 and the current mileage was 15,000.
