1 Engine Belts And Pulleys problem

Failure Date: 08/11/2017

While driving my engine intermittently shuts off. The car will still be "on". In the sense that the ac and radio and other features are still working, but the car will not accelerate or move. I have to put it in park. And restart it. "check engine" and "check charging system" indicator lights pop up on the dash. I have done several things, change belts, changed alternators, changed cam shafts, and finally after that thousand dollars was spent the code I'm getting read from my mechanic is for the throttle body shut down.
