I just bought this car and the brakes do not feel right when I go to stop. They are new and I got them changed today and it still makes a pop noise.
The recall for the abs was sent to notify Ford owners in late December 2019. When this notice was sent the paperwork stated that a remedy would be found by "end of first quarter 2020". It is now November 8th, 2020 and there has been no update that there has not been a remedy made available for these owners. If we want to be technical end of first quarter of 2020 is March, we are now approaching 8 months past that official notice. I would like and I am sure other owners would like an update as to when the remedy will be made available. I have had many issues with my breaking system and had to have parts of the automatic breaking system replaced due to this recall while having to pay for it on my own.
Multiple Ford dealerships have rejected to fix/or settle my recalled issue on my brakes and ive been in just misses just about every time I push the brake pedel due to you gotta push the peddle down to the floor just to stop otherwise it wont stop the car without hitting someone. . . Nhtsa campaign 19v904000 the issue has only been getting worse since ive owened the car.
