The contact's daughter owns a 2010 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while parking the vehicle, the wheel locked in place, and the vehicle failed to steer as intended. The vehicle was turned off. A short time later, the vehicle was restarted, and the abs and service track control warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was put in reverse(r) when the contact observed the steering wheel was stiff and did not steer as intended. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
