Owners/service Manual problems of the 2011 Ford Fusion

I was driving about to make a right turn when power steering assist fault displayed on the dashboard then my wheel was hard to turn. . . I pulled over to the gas station to get power steering fluid can't find the reservoir to add fluid called Ford dealership in stone wall to ask if this have anything to do with the recalls because I came in for my recalls that specified power steering he says that not the same problem I have. . I want to know it he's correct also few months before this pulled into at gas station car will not shift to park had to manually put it in park once in park it will shift to reverse and drive but will not go in park what can that b?, and is it something we need to pay to fix ?.

Takata recall ac/heat continues to go out randomly. Ac/heat/defroster is not working. Have to manually lock each door upon exit of vehicle because automatic switch not working, the car shutdown and I cant enter the vehicle at times the key will not open my car door, I had to enter my car through the trunk at 3a. Engines problems, electrical problems, back tail/brake light continues to go out often, and other issues. Sometimes key wont turn in the ignition and brakes lock up.

The driver's side front door latch does not work. I have to either roll the driver's side window down and open door from outside or climb out on passenger side. Also I have to manually open (with key) or lock front driver side door.

I parked my vehicle and went to open my doors and the driver and passenger sides doers would not open from the inside. I had to proceed to unlock the door manually and roll the window down, place my arm out the window to open the door from the outside. The passenger had to do the same for their door as well. We are both senior citizens with disabilities. Are there any recalls on this issue? I'm concerned for the safety and well being of me and any passengers that happen to be in the vehicle in the case of an accident where as I have to exit the vehicle in an emergency.

Traveling down the road at 60 mph my car began to feel sluggish, started surging, felt like the engine was going to shut down. I got pulled off the side of road and looked in manual after seeing the wrench icon has was on the instrument panel. I turned car off and back on again. I was hesitant to restart but did. The wrench icon went off and I went back home set an appointment for the following day with the Ford dealership. My car has been there a week today. I was told the throttle body was defective and was on backorder. I am still waiting to get my car after one week.
