Owners/service Manual problems of the 2012 Ford Fusion

I stopped to get gas, put my car in park, and shut the car off. It started rolling forward as I was trying to get out. I leaped back in and hit the brake and put the emergency brake on. After that, the car wouldn't start because it was registering that the car was in reverse even though the gear shift was in park. I went into the gear shift area by pulling off the center console and manually put it in neutral so I could start the car and drove it to the Ford dealership for them to look at it. I did some research and saw that similar issues were found in 2013 and newer Ford Fusions and they were recalled. I'm thinking the 2012 year Ford Fusion should be included in this recall.

The inside drivers side door latch did not lock when the vehicle was in motion (the other three door latches did). I was driving approximately 12 mph on a residential street. The door latch remains in the extended open position. The door can only be opened from the outside to exit or enter the vehicle. The door can not be locked manually or using the key fob. I am unable to exit the vehicle normally. To exit I have to roll down the window, open the door from the outside, then in order to roll the window up again I have to get in through another door, insert the key and reach over to the drivers side. These are safety issues.

2012 Fusion and we have already changed the rotors. . . && multiple tires. . . Always getting the tire pressure symbol && now there is an eletrical problem for the power steering. . . Many of the fuses are missing from where the manual said they should be. . . May have to pay thousands to get it fixed && still its just a 2012. . . Id expect something like this on a car thats 7-10 years old but not 3. . .

After parking vehicle and re-entering, I discovered the driver door handle locking mechanism is broken. I am unable to lock the door either manually or with the key fob.
