My vehicle began to overheat as a result of a recall. I brought the vehicle into my dealership and they told me the manufacturers defect had ruined my engine and it needed to be replaced. Ford has refused to repair the vehicle which is now inoperable. They claim it's out of warranty but how can my warranty be void if it's a recall defect.
