Vehicle in motion on city streets and highways when vehicle began to stutter, not accelerate and stall then shut down. Check engine light comes on and goes off randomly throwing code p2111 for throttle body being stuck open. Happens intermittently without warning.
When driving my check engine light randomly turns on, on the freeway, street, turning, etc. And then it says check manual. The car starts shaking and you can't accelerate. In order to get where I need to be I have to pull over constantly and restart the car. I got it checked at auto zone and it said it was the throttle body actuator stuck in the open position. Oh and becomes more difficult to steer the vehicle when the error pops up.
