The contact stated that when he depressed the brake pedal while driving up a hill, the pedal depressed to the floor and failed to operate as need without warning. When the brake pedal failed to operate, the vehicle began to roll backwards. The contact took the vehicle to rio vista Ford 1010 CA-12, rio vista, CA 94571 (707) 374-6411 where they agreed that the brakes were faulty and replaced the brakes under warranty. The contact stated that while driving at 40 mph, the contact was approaching traffic and the brakes failed again without warning. The contact clipped the vehicle in front of him.
