My daughter was involved in a single vehicle front end collision. She hit a fire hydrant after a 90 degree spin at a speed of about 30 mph. The car sustained $6000 in damage and was totaled. While traveling at about 35 mph, another car coming in opposite direction was making a turn at about 20 mph, and hit consumer's vehicle head-on towards front left side. Upon impact, neither airbag deployed.

Gas from airbags came through the vent and made passengers ill and temporarily blind.
