Side/window Air Bag problems of the 2000 Ford Mustang

While driving passenger's side airbag went off inadvertently. Passenger sustained head injuries, and was transported by ambulance to a hospital. The vehicle was towed.

Consumer was going 70-75mph and was hit by a semi truck, causing vehicle to spin. While vehicle was spinning consumer's vehicle was hit head on by a van. Upon impact, air bags didn't deploy on front driver's side or passenger side. Vehicle was totaled. Dealer was notified. Please provide more information.

Consumer was involved in a frontal collision, rear-ended another vehicle at 35 mph. Upon impact, driver's side/ and passenger's side air bags failed to deploy, forcing driver's side occupant into steering wheel head first which bent steering wheel. There was extensive damage to front end of vehicle. Please provide any further details.

Consumer was traveling about 42mph on highway and another vehicle was merging into another lane, and vehicle in front applied the brakes. Vehicle in back hit, and there was a five car pile up. Consumer was the last of the chain link, and driver's side airbag didn't deploy.
