I had the same complaint about gas fill-up. I live near the beach and I noticed something rather strange about the wind off the coastline. If the car was facing east , it filled just fine but when facing west it would not fill. The dealer was stumped. It appears that the breeze/wind causes the fumes to trap and the car thinks it's full already . . . It's hard to believe but no problem anymore filling the tank - just keep the car facing the wind!!.
