This is the 4th notice l have received regarding the problem with my airbags. I have taken my car to ed butts Ford in la puente CA 3 times and they cannot get the parts. I am a nurse and sometimes have to transport patients. This is very dangerous and Ford will be responsible for anything that happens. I have waited well over a year and if you can't repair my car then you need to buy it back.

Takata recall fortunately no one in my family has been injured physically but it has caused so much inconvience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have had lots of contact with Ford dealership requesting help and told again and again that they were waiting for parts I get it that nothing is perfect but dang this is outrageous !!!!!!!!!!!! I know this is a hot mess!!!!!! I need my airbag replaced lots of us do and we are so so mad when purchasing this vehicle I needed the spaces to transfer precious cargo safely each seat and seatbelt was required to complete my purpose! it has been difficult to transport family members !!!!!the time and cost of gas having to make more than 1 trip is not cheap !!!!! takata just who do you think you are ? somebody owes me a safe airbag !!!!!!! I let alot of things go but not this!!!!!.

Takata recall I have received a recall notice which instructed us to not use the passenger seat. I have been getting the recall notice for about a year now and the issue is still not fixed. Until the most recent notice instructing not to use the passenger seat, Ford has never communicated the severity of the issue and put us in danger. With over a year of the recall, Ford refuses to provide a loaner vehicle. Since this is a coupe, it has essentially become a one seat car now. Previously, with the driver seat air bag, Ford only issued the recall notice when the parts to fix the issue were available, which I think was to avoid providing loaner vehicles.

Takata recall I attempted to trade in my 2010 Ford Mustang and the dealer was offering me 4k less for my trade because of the recall the dealer stated that they cannot resell the car because their is no remedy for the recall. There is currently no remedy for the passenger side takata air bag recall and I can not trade my vehicle in because 4k less for my trade is putting me too far out of equity on my vehicle. Since their is no remedy for the recall and I am unable to trade in the vehicle because of the recall, I am being forced to drive in an unsafe vehicle.

Recall right air bag I have contacted the dealership (several times), in which, I purchased the vehicle due to the notification that takata has filed chapter 11. Dealership was extremely pleasant and read Ford's statement concerning the situation. Basically no one has an answer. I stated that there was law suits due to the seat belt incedents / ruptures that caused deaths and I am afraid of that situation myself. This has prevented me from driving this car I love and purchased. Please help.

When I enter the year, make, and model of my 2010 Ford Mustang to check on takata recalls, I receive the message that there is a recall on the drivers airbag. If I just enter the VIN for this vehicle, I receive the message that there is no recall on that vehicle. I received (in the mail) a few years ago that there was an airbag recall for my vehicle. The Ford dealer said that they did not have replacement airbags in stock. I have checked with them several times, and still have the defective airbag in my vehicle. How and why was my vehicle removed from the recall? I received information from tk holdings concerning takata airbags and wonder if I am now unable to file a claim should something happen in the future concerning the airbag in my vehicle.

Takata recall my Ford dealership, archie cochriane of billings ,mt wants me to leave the car there for up to 5 hours to do a 1/2 hr. Job. I looked up this recall, and I see it only pays for . 4 of and labor , so it looks like the dealer is basically supposes to do it , at a loss . I bet takata and the lawyers make much more than that. End result the customer gets screwed, air bag don't get replaced.
