The contact owns a 2022 Ford Mustang. The contact stated while driving 70 mph, the passenger’s side door opened unintendedly. The message for the passenger’s side door being ajar was displayed. The contact pulled over and closed the door. While driving on the interstate, the passenger’s side door opened unintendedly again. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, opened a case, and referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline. The approximate failure mileage was 47,000.
