I had parked my car in a spot at an office building. As I was about to put the vehicle in park it lurched forward going over a standard curb across a sidewalk and then into the brick wall of the building. The air bag did not deploy. The car lurched about ten feet total before hitting the wall.

While driving at normal road speed, the vehicle suddenly displayed multiple warnings at the same time indicating that advancetrac (electronic stability control), traction control, and abs were disabled, and the vehicle entered a reduced functionality state. These warnings appeared simultaneously without any hard braking, loss of traction, or driver input at the time. The warnings and system faults then cleared in a cascading manner over a short distance, with each system returning one after another while continuing to drive, without shutting off the engine. After approximately a few thousand feet, all warning messages disappeared and the systems appeared to return to normal operation on their own. This has occurred more than once since ownership. The first occurrence happened at approximately 50 mph. The second occurrence happened at approximately 20 mph and occurred only seconds before an emergency braking event in the rain to avoid a collision. At the time the warnings appeared, the vehicle had temporarily lost abs, stability control, traction control, and related braking assistance systems, creating a serious safety risk during an actual emergency maneuver. After the events, an obd-ii scan was performed and no stored fault codes or diagnostic trouble codes were present. However, for the next several engine on/off cycles, the steering and traction control behavior felt abnormal, as if the systems were only partially engaged, even though no warning lights or messages were displayed. No permanent warning lights remained illuminated afterward. The problem is intermittent and difficult to reproduce. No collision occurred, no repairs have yet been performed, and the cause is currently unknown.

Automatic breaking engaged too sensitively, the driver infront of me had stopped a few yards away and I was already starting to stop when the vehicle suddenly stopped. The driver behind me almost rear ended me. This was at a green light.

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that while driving at 25 mph and entering a round about, a vehicle in front was rear ended. The automatic emergency braking system did not engage. No air bags deployed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic but was not diagnosed or repaired. No injuries were sustained. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 6,100.
Hit a adult male black bear broadside on a street with no lighting. The forward collision warning never engaged, seatbelt did not lock, only the knee airbag deployed, and emergency braking never engaged.
The hill start assist system has detected a failure.

Was in the car during a very slow, around 5mph front end collision. The knee airbag went off at low speed. I. Exited the vehicle to look at damage and then I sat back in the driver seat. Upon sitting back in the driver seat I noticed the smoke that had cleared from the airbag had started to build back up and became more dense. I had my feet outside the door while sitting in the driver seat and when I when I looked around I noticed a fire getting larger and larger from the pillar to my left, between the rear seat and the front driver seat. I didn’t have anything to put it out so I tried to blow it out and it was getting larger and larger melting more of the plastic up the pillar. I ripped off a work shirt I had and was able to smother the fire with it. Had I not been able to smother it this fire would have engulfed the whole vehicle. After observing the damage the wiring harness had shorted out and burnt/ caught on fire that goes from the front of the vehicle to the back. There was no prior damage to the vehicle and no damage to the car other than the front end collision during the accident.

On 11/27/21 I was driving my 2019 Mustang gt convertible with approx 15,000 miles. While going around a curve (not at an excessive speed) on dry pavement, the car became uncontrollable and began to spin out. As much as I tried to brake and steer into the slide, the car became more and more uncontrollable and felt as though it were speeding up. I only came to a stop after slamming into a tree and rolling over to the other side of the road. Vehicle is a total loss. I was lucky and only suffered minor injuries, but it very easily could have been much worse. The police and paramedics who arrived at the scene were expecting a fatality or severe injuries. In the end I was ticketed for failure to reduce speed. I'm losing my mind explaining to the police and insurance that the car sped up on its own and all control of the vehicle were lost. I am in danger of losing my license because of this and no one is believing that this could possibly happen and convinced me to state that I was probably driving too fast. This is a deadly problem. The internet is full of videos demonstrating this same problem: complete loss of control in a low speed turn. Before you ask, I wasn't racing, I wasn't drifting, I wasn't spinning my tires or doing donuts; I was just trying to go home to my kids who almost lost their father. If there is any saved data or physical evidence that needs to be saved, action is needed ASAP before the insurance company scraps it. Also, it should be noted that in the week leading up to the accident, the rear end would become loose when going around corners. I had planned to have it addressed at the next oil change.
I was pulling into a parking space, I stepped on the brakes. The care spend up with the tires spinning and jumped the curb and hit a tree. When . I tried to reverse to reverse the tires continued to spend and the car continued to move forward jumped the curb . And hit a tree a CO worker witness my car s wheels spinning forward when I had my foot on the brakes. The enitre right front sife of the car is destroyed and the passenger side door is not opening.
