1999 Ford Ranger XLT, the problem is your driving along and the windshield wipers start working complete on there own, work about 3 to 4 minutes then it goes off. This happens all the time while you are driving the truck. Ive tried to turn them off by the control switch but it does nothing. Thats also the handle that the turning singles lights are on, have seen to be working okay at this time.
