The contact owns a 2001 Ford Ranger. The contact stated the windshield wipers wer not operating normally and they were locked in the upright position. When turning heater on, degogger will come on and fog up all windows intermittently.
During normal operation of vehicle while traveling at any speed, and turning defogger on windshield, it will fog up, reducing visibility. Dealership informed consumer that this was normal. Please provide any additional information / attachments.
