2 Visibility problem

Failure Date: 05/01/2023

The contact stated that upon activating the vehicle's ac, it failed to blow cold or redirect airflow; as a result, the contact stated that he was unable to utilize the vehicle's defrost system, reducing visibility. No warning lights were illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the front pre-tensioner and air intake damper position sensor.
