Air Conditioner Problems of Ford Ranger

Hvac blower motor needs replaced and evap box per Ford dealership todd judy Ford. There has been a previous recall on the same model Ford Ranger year 2019. Air conditioning work fine on the passenger vents but blows out hot air on drivers side. 2 separate mechanics at independent mechanic and todd judy Ford dealership report there have been problems with the Ford Ranger air conditioning and heating system regarding dual temperature units. Dealership reports that this is not covered under warranty and is estimated $3200 in repair. The independent mechanic is not able to obtain the part and discovered there was a previous recall on this part on the 2019 Ford Ranger. I have contacted Ford customer service department and they specify that this part and failure of my 2019 Ford Ranger does not have my vehicle listed under the recall although it is the same model. The problem was discovered on April 19.

How can I find out if other vehicle issues are some how related to the air bag recall, before I spend my own money for repairs? the issues I am hvng are in the vacinity of the air bags. Specifically the blend door and air conditioner.

The truck is a total rust bucket three sets of wheel bearings, four sets of brakes,air conditioner lines,transmission lines all rusted out. Four wheel drive motor shot,latch on tailgate broken,rear end leaks upper and lower repaired. At lest the radio woks great . I can see why they stopped making this truck.

Air conditioning failed to come on. Upon inspection, condensor had a hole in it. No reason was found for the hole other than poor quality construction. Condensor was replaced total bill was $656. 99. Not covered by Ford out of pocket expense.
