The contact owns a 2017 Ford Transit Connect. The contact stated that while driving at 60 mph, the panoramic roof panel detached from the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact related the failure to technical service bulletin: 20s22 (panoramic roof panel repair).
