Two problems related to front seat belt anchorage have been reported for the 1999 Ford Windstar. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The vehicle's seat belts do not lock. Yh.
Vehicle came with a different type of seatbelt than what it was stated in the owner's manual. The manual stated that vehicle should have the automatic retractable seatbelt.
