One problem related to front seat belt webbing has been reported for the 1999 Ford Windstar. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rear and the middle shoulder seat belts get tight on the consumers when putting the seat belts on. Consumer have to keep taking the seat belt off and keep putting back on because everytime he moves the seat belt gets tighter.
