Rear Window Wiper Washer Problems of GMC Acadia

The contact owns a 2011 GMC Acadia. The contact stated that the rear windshield wiper was missing after driving through a car wash. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who advised him to remove it when driving through a car wash. The manufacturer was not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 3400.

Front and rear wiper and spray control working backwards. The front control switch ativates the front wipers and rear spray and the rear control switch operates the rear wipers and front spray. This appears to have occurred after service recall for heating and snow/ice issues as it worked properly before the service.
