One problem related to high/low beam switch has been reported for the 2002 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Headlights, lower beam lamp socket keeps burning out. Has done this since purchase in 2003. Tail lights did same thing and replaced assembly under warranty. Dangerous to drive at night because you don't know when they are going to burnout. Has happened four to five times.
