Two problems related to front air bag have been reported for the 2004 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I was traveling northbound on rt 251 from peru to mendota IL when it began raining and hailing very hard. 251 is full of pot holes. I was traveling about 40 m. P. H. I hit a pot hole and my car started to hydroplan. I went into the southbound lane and then into ditch head on. . . . I hit the ditches wall almost head on and my airbags did not come out.
The contact owns a 2004 GMC Envoy. While driving 5 mph, the consumer passed out at the wheel. The contact crashed head on into a utility pole in the middle of the vehicle. Neither of the front air bags deployed. The driver was injured and the utility pole was damaged. A police report was filed. The VIN was unknown.
