One problem related to ignition module has been reported for the 2007 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Faulty ignition switch caused vehicle engine to stall making all operation to fail car loss of control very dangerous while stalling on highways faulty code given is p1682 short circuit in ignition throttle and gas pedal also probable cause of faulty ecm,pcm also window module caught on fire while at a drive thru on a raining day GMC did not honor a recall for faulty window module nor the faulty ignition I have repaired the ignition and throttle body but problem still occurs and the car is deemed unsafe for my family.
