One problem related to vehicle shudder has been reported for the 1999 GMC Jimmy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While in motion, the transmission failed. Consumer felt vehicle make a small shudder, approx. 30 seconds later another shudder was felt throughout the vehicle. Vehicle was taken to service center where it was determined that the shell fractured inside the transmission causing severe damage.
