The contact owns a 1997 GMC Jimmy. While driving approximately 10 mph, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the front suspension. The steering was difficult to maneuver when turning the vehicle. The failure occurred on multiple occasions. An independent mechanic stated that the front end needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired and the manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 210,000.

Auto transmission in twice before failed,battery leak damaged elec sys, rear defog stopped working (glass had to be replaced), dealer unable to stop front suspension popping noises, pass seat recliner handle keeps breaking off.

Vehicle pulls to the right and after three attempts to correct the problem the vehicle now exhibits uneven tire wear and a popping noise from front right suspension. Also, after several attempts to correct the air conditioning problem, it continues to cool the interior down well below selected temperature.
