1 Windshield problem of the 2001 GMC Safari

Failure Date: 06/01/2003

Brakes faulty. Brand new pads installed last week all around adjusted and dealer claims all is well but problem still exists. It takes an extreme amount of force applied to the pedal to stop this vehicle, noticed at 35k. Dangerous and not easy to get used to. In addition, windshield leaks on the top drivers side and the rear right door handle is failing on back dutch doors now at 65k. Also, both power door actuators on the drivers side and the passenger side failed completely at 34k.

2 Windshield problem of the 2002 GMC Safari

Failure Date: 07/05/2002

Consumer states that the instrument panel goes out with out warning at night. The overhead information panel has not worked since vehicle was purchased. Mr the vehicle stalled due to battery failure. The driver's and passenger side doors failed due to electrical lock failure. The right passenger window fogs up and cannot see mirror. Key less security failed.

The left rear window bracket failed to lock in place causing the window to slam on childs fingers after it had been serviced. Nlm.
