Two problems related to front seat belt webbing have been reported for the 1999 GMC Sierra. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Drivers shoulder belt locks up and driver cannot move, belt tightens also when hitting bumps etc.
Consumer contacted dealer in reference to manufacturer's recall g00045s regarding shoulder seat belts. Nhtsa recall number not available. Dealer refused to schedule an appointment. Please provide any further details.
