Two problems related to electrical system have been reported for the 2000 GMC Sierra. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Drove my son to football practice park truck in school parking lot about 1 hr later fan bower mototr caught fire burned up the dash ,winsheld fire department came put it out.
While driving 50 mph up on incline the vehicle caught on fire. Driver slowed down and jumped out the vehicle. As a result, the vehicle was considered a total loss.
