Intermediate shaft continues to rattle. Was fixed under warranty once. Vehicle is now out of warranty and cost $110 to lube the shaft, which isn't even guaranteed to fix the problem. Many people have this problem with their trucks over and over. Gm needs to handle the problem correctly.

Vehicle- 2006 GMC Sierra 2500hd 4x4 duramax/allison
there is a very noticeable clunk/looseness in the steering. I have greased/lubricated the whole steering mechanism with no reduction in the problem. My fear is the looseness will result in a complete failure or loss of steering. Prior to that I fear poor driving/maneuver ability while this issue persist.
