Catalytic Convertor problems of the 2011 GMC Terrain

Tl the contact owns a 2011 GMC Terrain. The contact mentioned that the catalytic converters were eroded and had to be replaced in this vehicle and another Terrain vehicle she owned. The manufacturer acknowledged the failure, but would not cover the repair costs. Hiley Buick GMC of fort worth (3535 w loop 820 s, fort worth, TX 76116, (682) 503-2821) was contacted and also would not cover the repair costs. The manufacturer also stated that the contact would not be reimbursed if the vehicle were repaired by a non-GMC dealer. The repairs were completed by an independent mechanic. The failure mileage was 89,585.
