The contact owns a 2002 GMC Yukon with michelin tires, size: 265/70/r16. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the rear passenger's side tire blew without warning. The vehicle was taken to michelin for diagnosis but they were unable to diagnose the cause of the failure. The VIN was not available. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 8,000.
I was driving about 70 mph when my left rear tire blew out. Tire had about 26,600 miles and was in good condition until this time. Tire had about 35 psi.
