The contact owns a 2004 GMC Yukon xl. The contact stated that the air conditioner in the rear no longer functioned. The contact also received an adjustment of service notice from the manufacturer and the air conditioner in the front was repaired, but not the rear. The dealer replaced the power connecter and the resister blower. The contact felt that the failure of the rear air conditioner was a manufacturers defect.
