Stability control disabled comes on with engine power reduced. This happened as I as driving in the highway. Speed drastically reduced form 65 to 10 mph. I could have been killed. 3 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 07/06/2016

Actuators stopped functioning properly to control a/c and heat in vehicle when turned on. If a/c is turned on, it may run for awhile then turn to heating cycle on one side of the vehicle or the other. This happens whether the vehicle is in motion or not. If heat is called for in winter, I. E. To defrost windows, the heat may or may not run or if running may turn to a/c. Many times in winter the heat turns to a/c and there is no heat entering the vehicle. Noted there were numerous GMC vehicles with the same issue as late as 2015 when looking on the internet.

I noticed that the car was making a rattling sound. At low speeds you can hear it and sometimes when it is idling. Seems to come from the exhaust next to the gas tank.

When we turn left, the vehicle turns off ,loses power steering, brakes, gages light up, this only happens when turning left between 3-5 miles hour, the garage said they could not find anything wrong, and the stability control is on to.

8 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 01/06/2005

I purchased a new 2004 Yukon xl denali ,at times the rear heater will not work , the fan will blow but only cold air. At other times you can turn the entire ac/heat unit off in the front and it will continue to blow from the vents, I have taken it to the service department from the dealer I bought it from, they told me there was nothing they could do until gm issues a solution to the problem.

9 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 08/13/2004

After engine is warmed up, usually after driving just a few miles, there is a loud banging noise that appears to be coming from the muffler. It happens approx every 8-12 seconds with the truck running or off. I took it to the dealer and they said that they didn't hear it, although the sales manager that sold me the vehicle heard it. They said to bring it back later and that there is a bulletin out on it but GMC has not released the parts so they can't fix it even if they did hear it. When I am sitting next to another vehicle, for example at a light, it sounds like something is hitting their vehicle and is coming from mine. With road rage being what it is these days I am afraid that someone will not understand that GMC has "not released the parts" to fix it.
